The hotel staff are very courteous and professional and will help with anything you request.The room was spacious, the shower and hot water perfect. The main issue was that the bed was soft. Surprising for India as I have never encountered a soft mattress in my Asian travels. I had to add blankets to make it reasonably firmer although it was still soft and sinking in the middle . A good night’s sleep is vital when you are travelling and especially when you are paying good money for a hotel room. The main focus in your hotel is getting a good nights rest-the bed should be the most important requirement for all guests. Shivani International must replace all its beds with superior hotel quality mattresses and make this their prerogative in order to compete with the many other hotels in the valley.
